My name is Bruce Dewalt and I'm the owner of Elite Speed. I'm a certified speed and strength coach. I train athletes age 7 to the NFL. I teach them how to run. They learn how to run in a straight line, how to swing their arms, and how to change direction quick. I also do strength training and have been blessed to see my clients go on to win several championship titles.

STRENGTH FORMULA
For athletes, strength is about speed of multi-joint movements, coordination, timing, and stability. Strength is the force generated by our muscles how we apply it. Force is applied in all three dimensions, and across multiple muscles and joints. Regardless of the method we use to apply force, the physics are the same.
TYPES OF STRENGTH
Biomechanical analysis of the type and speed of the muscle contractions during sports movements, helps us target the right type of strength for the athlete.
